Policyholder Pros engages legal and construction industry experts with a mission is to help policyholders find the best path of recovery after disaster.  We help individuals restore their property with counsel, coaching, strategies, construction advice and contract review.  Services range from brief consultations for DIY recovery, to ongoing consultations, with contract review, construction defect, construction dispute, insurance litigation, advocacy, and class actions. 

When necessary, Policyholder Pros assists with litigation, and when large classes of policyholders are similarly disadvantaged, Policyholder Pros will pursue class action in tandem with political advocacy to move the insurance industry in a more positive direction.

 

Our goal is to maximize the resilience of the communities in which we work to help the most number of policyholders on their path to be made whole so they can get back to their normal lifestyle
